4 Men, 1 Boat, and 3000 Miles of Ocean

DeadLegz will be live streaming their training challenge on 29th November ​
The aim is to keep the two rowing machines in constant use for 24 hours. With 4 people, that is 12 hours of rowing each, which closely mimics the conditions out at sea the team will have to deal with.

In addition to the rowing, the team will be eating similar food to what they will be on the ocean; dried expedition rations, as well as some more mood boosting treats they choose to bring along.
